Welcome to the City’s 311 website where residents can submit requests for city services, report maintenance needs for city streets and parks, and report possible code violations.  

If you are unable to find what you are looking for online, please call us by dialing 3-1-1 or 501-371-4437 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 am to noon Saturday, and a 311 Customer Service Representative will be glad to assist you.  

If you prefer to use your smart phone to submit requests or issues to the City, you can also download the 311 app in the google or apple stores. If you have an emergency, please call 911.
